We Bring History Back to Life

About Rosier Restorations

Rosier Restorations is a full-service, one-stop-shop design-build company founded in 1996. Our passion is restoring turn-of-the-century homes to their former glory. The foundation for restoring old homes came from growing up in an old Victorian and watching my family fix it up as we lived in it. Seeing the quality and skill level of old craftsmanship gave me a strong appreciation for all things antique. Being a native Ohioan, I bring an all-weather knowledge and practice to every home we restore in the south, further fortifying each structure. We use modern products that will last the test of time, without compromising the beauty, craftsmanship and old-world charm of the original home. We replace the old worn and weathered materials with modern-day materials that replicate the original, making sure each structure is energy efficient and restored using only the highest quality products.
